Back Exercises
If anyone has a desk job and rarely exercises the chance are that they will have weak back muscles and subsequent back problems. This is how important back exercises are. Without a strong back (and even with strong abs) you will eventually have back problems and increase the risk of spinal injuries (e.g. a slipped disk) even doing everyday tasks such as lifting.
I must admit that sometimes, no often, back exercises are uncomfortable and a lot less fun than exercising other parts of your body but they are necessary. The good news is that the back can be trained a lot more ways than using the back curl bench you see in many gyms.
