Shoulder – Arm Exercises
In many ways the shoulders and arms are the easiest areas of the body to train and often require the least training. The reasons for this are simple; the muscle groups are small in comparison to for example the legs (e.g. it is easier to get out of breath training larger muscle groups) and almost all exercises involve them anyway (certainly where weights must be carried) .
It has to be said that despite this, young men in particular seem to enjoy spending too much time training their biceps rather than for example their legs. You can see the results of this in almost any gym with unbalanced muscle groups. Personally I only use 1 arm exercise in a complete kettlebell workout routine because I know that my arms are being indirectly trained in almost every other exercise!
