This presentation offers a brief overview of back injuries and an example workout routine for initial lumbar spine rehabilitation and conditioning.
As I promised some time ago here is my personal (as of January 2011) full body kettlebell workout routine for fat loss and general fitness.
It is not aimed at beginners but you could cut down on the number of reps and weight to create a beginners workout too (i.e. there are no complicated exercises).
Please note that I made this video on a day when I was not in great shape for training (it’s a long story).
This is why some of my exercise form leaves a little to be desired but I have added notes to highlight where you should concentrate on perfecting your exercise form!
